Workshop Progression

I really would like it if the dev team would reconsider the number of people it takes to complete projects, having four people I think is a bit much. Some people have smaller FCs with not as many active members, some may not even be crafters! Please, instead of four can it be two? Thank you.

Just FYI ... you don't need four "crafters". You just need four people with at least one crafting skill that they've unlocked. In my GC, we have people who have unlocked one crafting skill but have no xp in it, just to advance the GC ship phases.

I realize that may not help if you can't get 4 people online, but it's a start.

atm I cant get 4 people online or to pick up crafting skills if they are active or for that matter pay to have people come help us progress the ship on Louisiox

Yep, you are left with the only other option. Pre-craft all your components for all phases and then put a PF offering something like 100K per person. At least until SE changes the requirements for workshop progression.

The game never says you need crafters, only that all party members must be a DoH class for progression to continue.

I agree with this post. I'm from a small FC (20 people) and even if there's four people online (I also abuse friends lists), sometimes we wait 30 mins for someone to get out of duty so we can progress. I tried offering rewards for people to help and its never worked on my server.

Wow our small FC is usually happy to do stuff like that. Heck we also hang out and talk, or invade neighboring houses that left their doors unlocked! Maybe you need to recruit more slackers - can't be in some duty all the time!

Well the thing is, the active members are all raiders, and spend most of their time in duty, the rest are very casual players and are maybe only on 3 times a week. I'm the only crafter/gatherer. So I make it as easy as possible by pre crafting all the pieces and such, but it's still a major bummer to get 4 people in.

And that's considering my fc leader always comes, as I can contact him outside of game, and my boyfriend comes, so really it's just filling that last spot >.>

To be honest, it would even work for us if, once the project is flagged for completion, we could have 4 people come in in their own time and have some sort of a confirmation that they were there, and once that fills up to 4 people, the project auto completes. I know that wouldn't help for the (many) FC's where the problem is that they only have 2 or 3 members.
