Housing availability on Aether servers

Hi, recently with the introduction of cracked clusters ive earned enuf gil to buy a medium house. Sadly, there is none available in Sargantas. Is there any servers with houses that are not bought specifically in Lavender beds? Would not mind transferring since its free anyway as long as its in the Aether datacenter. Thanks for taking the time to check and reply.

Last I checked there were some houses available on Midgardsormr. Edit: There are none!

Once the Shirogane wards open up, I would expect to find all sorts of vacant plots in Lavender Beds (and Mist and Goblet), when people move to the hot new thing.

I don't know, man, the cynic in me wants to think people will notify their friends (or friends of friends, even) of their moving, and have them camp their old plot so they can snatch it right up. But we'll see what actually happens.

That will happen in some cases, but it will be extremely dependent on the server population and the ability to both get through the queue in time. No one's waiting for their friend to get through queue while standing at their preferred plot as others approach. In addition any waiting could result in the player's character getting kicked before purchasing the plot from servers being wobbly for whatever reason.

there have been a few plots opening up a week a coeurl. Most of the time it will be gone in less than 24 hours. I like just got one yesterday in lavender beds. there may not be one up now, but maybe there will be one up again this week. I saw a few plots open last week.

I just double checked and there in fact aren't any houses currently on Midgardsormr.

When they do decide to open up Shirogane, there will be a huge mad dash for housing. The problem is that people who already have a private house cannot own another. They would have to sell existing house and then be very lucky to be able to be the first to load into the new wards once the servers comes back up. If they implement the "move" feature it maybe just for those who have FC's housing and not that way for private houses. Plots are never easy to come by. Mateus use to have a bunch of empties but that changed.

With SE's track record, it's more likely to be all or not implemented in time. There's no reason to believe that the move feature will exclude personal housing.
