Question about Simultaneous Logout

I have a question regarding your logout method.

When players are logged out are they kicked to the Title/Character Selection Screen or are they kicked out of the client and have to restart the launcher?

If it's the former this is fine. If it's the latter I think there may be an issue with that as PS4 players may still need PSN network to function to get back in (you don't need PS+, just the network so you can be online). If PSN is down, then PS4 players are being unfairly punished.

If you are taking more precautions not to do it during PSN downtime, this is also fine.
