How long should I expect to wait for phone support?
Has anyone else had to call into phone support recently? How long did it take?
I've seriously been waiting for over an hour. Unfortunately my credit card is expiring and the completely awful billing site won't tell me why it refuses my new card info. Putting in an email support ticket for the 401 error yielded no help at all.
Just curious if I'm going to reach anyone before support closes entirely.......
P.S. Dear Square, at least give us hold music instead of this insanity-inducing ringing sound....
