ATM i'm level 65 DoL with full IW + MH/OH 200 ilvl(818 gath/818 perc/650 GP) and i've noticed that now it's pretty difficult to get items because ive only 75% / 6% and sometimes i can't get a nodes buff.
So i'll ask if someone can help me to do a little meld to reach a comfortable % of success on 65+ nodes.

There isn't really a need to meld just yet. Your core upgrades are the tools at 65 and 70. The +stats it gives are incredible and will give you plenty of % chance to gather at even level 70 nodes. The only gear I replaced from the ilvl 180 left side is the chest piece with HQ 65. That said, your main goal should be 70 then worry about melding/BiS.

Basically. I melded my ironworks to 706 GP some time ago, don't recall the Gathering/Perception, but the extra 50 for that 15% (as opposed to 5%) has ensured that I have had little trouble hitting 70 on either miner or Botanist. Now I am leveling my crafters so I can make the level 70 gear, which I hear is a tremendous upgrade to the ironworks.

At the VERY least, the lvl 70 tools will be almost all you need (except legendary node gathering). They are ilvl 290 and a massive upgrade. That said, all you really need at 70 crafting wise would be blacksmith to make the tools.
