There is a easy fix from some of this but they rather wait

Don't know why they don't implement the "Preventing Congestion on High Population Worlds" it would aleast assist in the issues

because it's a data center issue, and not a world issue.

they need to get a more reliable one then.

Very true, the world servers are the zones them selves, thers also log-in servers and instance servers - log-in and instance servers are data center servers, its the price players pay for cross-world duty and party finder.

They did, had the NA DC upgrade not been done before now, its likely all 3 branches of the servers would be flooded/crashing/unstable however its only one of the three.
