Are we going to get a word from SE for sitting in a 1 hour and 3 minute queue?

Now the game gave a dx11 error from opening a gm ticket and faced with a 3269 queue. What kind of service is this?

Can we have upgraded servers? would that help?

Also I am not talking about trying to do a bugged quest, I mean loging on the server took 1 hour and 3 minutes sitting in a queue

You play on what is probably by the the most populated server in the entire game.

moving half the people on balmung to a different server might help in your case.

That's... not what he meant. I got a game crash after sitting in queue to log in, back into a 3803 person queue. It's prime time now, so everyone's trying to get on. When I started at like 7am the queue was 300 people... lol.

Everything could be prevented if they bothered to start a US East server along with the West one. They made a huge marketing for this game, of course the number of users would increase and what they expected that a single datacenter in friggin California would hold the demand from the entire American Continent?

No matter where they locate the servers, Balmung will always be to full, overcroweded and among the first ones suffering from lag and connection issues. Because its to freaking full and it doesnt matter wether its to full on the east cost, the west cost or deep within the south american dschungel.
I cant take complaints like this serious when they're coming from Balmung - you made your bed, now sleep in it.

Your warning probably should've been when the server was locked for creation and transfers in. If you wanted to avoid the crowds, it would be wise to transfer off.

If you're determined to stay on, for whatever your reasons, long queues are the price you have to pay.

should have moved when you had the chance.

You don't just upgrade server capacity for a short term event that settles down after a few days.
