SB Bard Changes: Good or Bad? Thoughts?

I have some problems with SB BRD changes, I wanted to get opinions:

First, The new songs proc repertoire when you crit one of the two bite moves. While these did receive a potency boost, it's setting you up to spam the two if you can't get the crits off (which is still chance). To me, this feels less effective than previously. It might be more fluid to play if instead rep was based off the Shot moves (Straight and Heavy)

Second, Iron Jaws. Because of the repertoire system you're forced to spam the bites anyways to build up the meters so it's outdated rn. And again, switching to shots would remedy this

Finally (minor point), songs don't feel like they last long enough for effects to matter. Personally, they feel too short to make use of rep, but this could be remedied easily by extending time or making rep transfer

I know at higher levels these may not be a problem, but low levels it makes these skills feel... underwhelming.Thoughts below on changes? Bites or Shots?

The 4 stack from paeon (I think?) really needs a duration on the buff so that it carries over.. like make it reset to a 15 second duration each time it gets procced, and carry that buff over into the next song if it happens later than that in the paeon.

I don't know what you mean by "forced to spam the bites"; you just apply them and keep them applied; the dot ticks will proc the song effects. Unless you mean new targets or something? I dunno.

You don't need to spam bite or venomous, once the enemy has the DoT every tick of it has a chance to crit and grant repertoire.

Ah, is it whenever the DoT damage crits? My mistake, I must have read it wrong. Still, I think the shots skills would synergize better, since you get the guarenteed crit from heavy shot and it would pull some of the chance out of the rep system.
And yeah, The rep definently needs to be a buff of some kind. or a seperate meter, like sch and smn aetherflow stacks.

Don't forget that Improved Emp Arrow also guarantees a proc from the bites outside of the bite tick.

I love it... everything in it. I haven't read into an opener or rotation yet. At level 60 made my own and love how it flows. I hit same dps as it was before the changes so I assume I juggle the skills right. :) Yet to see how it feels at level 70 obviously but so far loving it.

idk about about BRD being good or bad but BRD is holding the one of the MOST player based right now, all my ques are been with 3-4 BRD now..

Regained mobilty hype hmm? I like seeing more Brds again :3

All the songs flow right into each other, should prioritize between Wanderers or Mages Ballad depending on how many you're facing, huge group of adds? Mages for rain of death procs , single add? Wanderers for Pitch Perfect
Songs are fluid and refreshing and ALWAYS on uptime they should be used in a long fight

Remember that later on your empyreal arrow will proc your song additional effect for 100% chance so its all good
