I've played 14 back in the day of ARR until RL caught upto me and had to quit.
I've forgot about 14 for a while until I heard Stormblood is coming out and in the official SE online store it said that the expansion will include the previous expansion and was promised an early access, but I later find out that I won't be able to play most, if not any, content from Stormblood early because I dont have Heavensward.
I've contacted chat support but all I got was a sneer comment that I should have read more carefully and no where on the preorder page is it stated that I'll get 2 seperate codes for each expansion but I'll be given a single code for both expansions and wa abruptly cut off from chat support without any warning
Its not like I can't absolutely wait until the 20th to play through the game but I was really bummed out by the fact I've paid money in advance for something I won't be able to play or experience along with the very indifferent and uncaring attitude of the chat support.
Is anybody in the situation as I am?

well if you haven't even got a job to 50 yet to unlock it, why would it matter? unless your only coming back because of Samurai / Red Mage and then just be glad they didn't set it up so you need a level 70 job to unlock it.
but from what i read above it sounds like you bought the bundle pack that includes SB which I specifically remember reading that it didn't come with early access because the bundle pack wasn't officially available till the 20th.
Early Access is a reward for having already been playing the game before the new expansion. -

There are a few people that got caught up in that. The HW that comes with SB, comes WITH SB. Until you have access to SB, you won't get access to HW either. If you pre-ordered that should be early access.

How did you pay money in advance for something you can't play? Everyone has to wait until the same time to get SB as for HW doesn't matter if it was separate code or not as you it be highly unlikely that would get through HW before SB launched anyways.

You do have Heavensward with Stormblood, but you need to complete the Main Scenario Quests of ARR, HW and all patches before you can access SB.

well could always get a MSQ skip potion or a jump potion, both available on June 16th. However compared to the old ARR times you've experienced, exp have been buffed and palace of the dead has been introduced. Leveling nowadays in comparison is a cake walk and won't take you very long. I understand it might be frustrating since you were hopeing you could jump right into the SB content, but without potions, you should be able to enjoy SB within 2 or 3 weeks, depending how much time you're putting into the game right now. Edit: earlier if you just get one Job to 50 right now, pick up the new jobs red mage or samurai and then run the rest of the old ARR story as well as HW with the new character. Since the whole system kinda changed, it will be already a different experience even without having seen the new SB areas or gotten to 70 -

To be honest with you, the main focuse of final fantasy games is story. Take your time and enjoy the storyline and the fights to this game, there will be a lot of people that wont mind helping you out with content. The story in this game is quite good and it is something i would not skip if i were you,it will also teach you alot about your job that you are playing and it will help you out a great deal along the way,because it will allow you to become proficent at your job role. There is alot of pepole who wont mind redoing content to help others through it. Take your time and enjoy all the content this game has to offer,or you would be missing out on a great storyline.

If you have the base game and you preordered you'll have access to Heavensward content when you finish up to 2.55 on Friday. So yes, still a ways from Stormblood but I am ok with that because it is all new content for me.
If you don't like it, as others have noted, there will be potions you can buy that will skip you to the start of Stormblood and a separate one that will skip you to level 60.
