ESO gave the players Chat Bubbles, and it was awesome.
Wish that you would do the same now once PS3-limitations(?) will be gone.
NPC's have it, so why can't we? Make it togglable and let us choose if so. Would increase the social aspect of the game by a mile.
I don't like having to rely on facial animations to see who I'm talking to - especially if there's so many people around me. I want to be able to see who I'm talking to without suffering a perpetually-scrolling chat window.
This would be a nightmare in busy spots like quarrymill. Think Runescape banks prior to the release of the Grand exchange XD
