This game has the worst customer service 10+ day response time.
I've been waiting 10+ days for someone to reset my broken MSQ.
I literally can't enjoy Stormblood, because of how they lock everything behind the MSQ.
I've sent out 10+ tickets, and talked to 3 seperate customer service reps, and they're not help at all. What am I suppose to do? I'm at my wit's end. It's I either spam social media until someone actually pays attention, or I just quit, because I can't play Stormblood with a broken MSQ!
I need help.
