Allow class level re-allocation as part of the 1.20 patch

Final Fantasy XIV is in the process of changing from a system where classes are flexible and can perform many roles to a more restricted system where class roles are more sharply defined. As such, many players may find that the role they originally leveled a class for is no longer possible.

Please implement a system to allow players to re-allocate the levels that they have already earned to classes that are designated for the roles they wish to perform.

This would be a one-time adjustment (provided that class roles are maintained going forward).
