Free Company Master Rank Transfer

Need support to fix a issue that was neglected by GM staff, currently trying to reclaim FC GM status rank back my FC is completely inactive and it was tossed to some random dude who hasn't logged in for over 20 days. Here is the thing, I've never actually had a GM fix anything. I'm kind of tired of even putting in a ticket for someone to already pre determine they are not willing to help anyone with anything. Its gets old. even when the issue is beyond the players control like loss of items due to a random connection loss. It doesn't seem to matter what it is I've never seen a GM actually do anything, and all they do is apologize and cite a forum that I can't even seem to post to critique their crappy customer service.

Heres the thing, the GM Ranelegion said theres nothing a GM can do, and I'm like well can you escalate the issue to a administrator for me. He replied back saying

He didn't fix my issue, and by means of escalating the issue he didn't even do that for me. knowing that a administrator can fix it. so he blocked me from escalating me issue. I'm so tired of this crap. At this point I don't care how harsh this sounds, its needs to get out there. If a GM reviews this I hope they take it with a grain of salt and understand actually how annoying it is for us players to deal with this.

Suppose it would be a lot of work, for all they know someone else in that FC may want the leadership. If everyone except you in the FC is inactive as long as none have logged in last 7 days after the 35 days you will get leader back .

If that is the truth, don't create a problem without having another solution to it. It seems to me if your willing to put a 35 day rule for leadership status, have a option to where GMs can transfer the status back over to someone in case something like this occurs or just don't implement anything because I find that rule to be outrageously unfair to the people who actually created the community. I don't feel like it should just be given away to some people and the fc leader can be kicked out like some scrub that's completely disrespectful. It hasn't happened to me but I can see why other people would be pissed about something like that. In my case everyone is a member and most of the senior members left so the leadership will transfer to the most senior person by recent activity and how long they've been in the free company? probably, hopefully.
