A quick question

How much would it cost to request a meld on the weapon required for the relic weapon quest line? I'm not there yet but on the market boards in zodiark the melded ones are like 300k vs 30k unmelded.

Nah, it's free, you can meld the materias yourself.

Edit: oh you mean the weapon required as the catalyst? Well it depends on the person. But I think people are kind enough to meld it for you for free, as long as you have all the required items.

What are the other materials needed? I wasn't aware there was more than the specific materia needed aha

Well, assuming you are playing a PLD, then if I remember correctly, you need 1 Aeolian Scimitar and 2 battledance materia III. Have someone meld the materias for you.
Edit: Don't forget to bring 2 pieces of grade 3 catalysts for the materia melding.

I do it for free or whatever. Most will.

Also ask your FC.
