Bennu Mount and Alts

This morning I made an alt just to pass the time and while I was at my mog mail I received everything except the Bennu mount I purchased last week. Im very sure that on the mob station this mount is account wide similar to the Sleipnir horse (on an additional note I got my Sleipnir) although I can't triple check this since I'm at university right now.

Is it meant to do this or does the account wide on this item specifically only apply to characters you have made at the time of purchase, if so thats very shady SE.

Edit: yes I waited, around two hours to be specific and I used the force SE mail option at the top but nothing.

It's account wide and should be available on every character whether or not it's created at the time of purchase or not (my alt made way after I purchased Slepnir got it when I created it). I did notice that it took a while for it to actually show up in my Mog mailbox, though. Not sure what else you can do aside from waiting or contacting SE support to see what they have to say about it. Good luck.

Thx was just double checking, find it weird it couldn't show up for around two hours and after a few force email button clicks, especially when every other items instantly appeared when I first loaded into the game on that character. Wanted to check if anyone else had the same experience or if it was some weird mob station thing.

Delete some mail and request it again. There's a certain limit of mail you can have before you can't receive anymore

Gutted my mail box completely and yes I double checked them all before I deleted it incase it was actually there.

I had this issue and it showed up the next day after making the alt. For some reason this mount is slow coming through for alts.

Try logging all the way out and restarting the app. After trying the mail ping, logging out to the main menu and finally logging all the way out; it finally worked for me.
