90k'd while zoning, can't get back in

Not sure if this is the start of a bigger systemic issue but was zoning to I think Central Shroud (wherever you are asked to go after picking up the quest One More Night in Amdapor in Gridania) and got 90k'd. Since then have been trying to reconnect, first was 1 of 350 in line but every time it tries to connect I get 90k'd again. 4th time trying am now 1 of 1500 and hearing others in my FC having same issue, getting 90k'd while zoning and can't log in. Not sure if anyone else getting this?

It's pretty much all of Primal data center right now.

Happening for me been kicked out since 3:15 pm (PST) on Hyperion. Will let me in then it would log me out again. I thought it was a pS4 issue but i see the queue is like 1700 and counting to get back into the game.
