3.2 lore tome gear

Why is it only 4 sets when there is more than enough primals for every job.
Why do they have to keep splitting the same looking sets across different jobs.
The only time we ever get different looking gear, as far as I can remember, is AF gear.
This current one has annoyed me more than the past, mainly because I and many other were expecting at least a different looking set for each job not just another healer/ caster colour swap, same with all the dex jobs and now even tanks are sharing DPS style gear.
To save on armoury space is a crappy cop out.
Why is this happening SE.

I was hoping for a different design by role as well, but oh well.

At least its a departure from classic fantasy, japanese themed, or techno-fantasy. Maybe they are saving designs for down the line, by keeping options open?

I personally glamour everything anyway, so any space I can save would be nice. I'll take role based gear over class based gear at any time. I was very frustrated with eso gear.

I also find it silly that we have so many Primals to pull from to fit every "role" Ranged/Caster/Healer/Tank/Melee and they give us this?

I don't hate the gear, it looks good, and it looks well designed but the fact that Tank/Monk and Caster/Healer look like carbon copies with slight changes it's very annoying. I am also someone who ONLY plays mage classes. My main is SCH and my focused DPS class is SMN... but I also play WHM/AST & BLM... so SE is telling me all my lore gear is going to look exactly the same on all 5 of my chosen classes... I'm super disappointed to say the least. I was hoping that Caster DPS and Healer would get a different Primal. It's not like we don't have enough primals to use.

I'm sure like everyone else, I was incredibly excited to hear we were getting primal themed gear. Never before have I gone from so excited and happy to soooo disappointed so quickly over something SE has done ( though i'm sure it will happen again as I keep playing the game lol! )

I know carbon copy gear is something they always do. We've seen it with Second Coil, Final Coil, Alex, Dungeon Gear ( Aery, Library so on, list could go on forever ).... but when they say we're getting primal gear, WHY were so many primals ignored? They had so much rich lore and story to pull pieces from and all we got was Garuda, Ifrit, Levi and Shiva? I mean come on...

I'm ok with this if they make multiple Eikonic sets (where every job gets every primal gear down the line).

But we could use a little more variety I guess...

You know they won't do this again, regarding 2.0 primals. Now they they've done this, there won't be enough primals for each job from 2.0. They'll likely only do this again once 4.0 hits, for 3.0 primals/trials ( thus far Bismark and Ravana, soon to add the not so Primal Sephirot ). Based on this gear primals will get ignored again anyway. It's not a good president.

Thus Moogle, Ramuh, Titan are to forever be neglected. Just guessing here, but if they wanted them included in the Eikonic it would be there now.

Probably, but not necessarily. We could get crafted sets in 4.2! :D

There is never enough moogle stuff ( lol sorry I love moogle ). Plus there is no more moogle stuff than any of the other primals IMO. They all have weapons, furniture and trophies in nearly equal proportion.

I want more garuda stuff.... I always like the bird of prey look on gear. Alas, my warrior is doomed to continued brutishness.

I'm really scratching my head that Caster DPS (BLM/SMN) didn't get Ramuh inspired armor. Shiva is nice and I like the way it looks, so I'm not complaining about that, I just kind of feel like SE missed a decent opportunity.

Actually there is a bit too much Moogle stuff...lol
