UAE PS4 players still unable to play after 2 weeks
This issue has been going on for quite some time now. Ps4 players in the UAE are unable to play the game because apparently, our ISP (Etisalat) did something to block a certain address that's needed to complete the version check on consoles. I pay my sub every 6 months and am paying for extra retainers as well. Isn't it SE responsibility to have this error fixed by now? I should not be calling my ISP, SE, sending tickets to SE, sending tickets to Etisalat. I am already losing money (among other things, in-game), having just paid for my resub for the next 6 months, on a game i can't even play. It is not like we will be refunded or anything, but having received no updates from both Etisalat and SE is really making me very, very disturbed with the lack of appreciation to their customers.
