Not Receiving Second Free Teleport for One-Time Password Users

I have been using a one time token with my cell phone for several months now and have not yet received the free second teleport that users of the one-time password users are suppose to receive as mentioned on the lodestone page. I have contacted customer service who directed me to contact a GM who then in turn told me to submit a bug here.

I have the token activated, I use it every time I log on. I can think of nothing that I am doing wrong and have checked multiple times to see if I have received the second teleport while in-game(which I have not). None of the channels I have contacted have given me any advice to see if this is a result of my own personal error or not so I do not know what additional information I could offer other than I do indeed have the token active on my account as I use it every time I log on.

I've only ever had the free warp from the token, where art thou obtaining one outside of it?

you got no free teleport ingame only one for the token users. If you got one ingame before than 99,999...% of the playerbase have missed it.

You are able to set one free teleport destination if you are using the one-time password. If you aren't, you can't set a free teleport destination. You might be confusing it with the home point, as that can be returned to for free every 15 minutes.

You technically have 2 free teleports in that you have the free destination, and also the return destination. You don't get anything more than that

Just in case you are speaking of this : you have to activate your gold star teleport (free destination) by activating the aetherythe
