This is incorrect because "Sultana" should not be capitalized in this context.
Please fix this issue by replacing "Sultana" with "sultana".
The corrected text would appear as follows:

This is correct. Sultana there refers to an unique character and, being so, even though it's a title there is no other sultana.
It's the very same of calling "the Admiral" when refering to Merlwyb. Because it's also can be seen as a compressed title, treating "Sultana" as "Ul'dahn Sultana", which is an unique title. Again, the very same that happens with "the Admiral", actually meaning "Lominsan Admiral", an unique title. -

You're preaching to the choir, Lienn. However, "sultana" appears lowercased like this when it is "the sultana," and is only capitalized when it directly precedes the sultana's name.
"There you are, Sultana Nanamo Ul Namo (or whatever it is)!"
"I saw the sultana last week. What a hottie!"
As I've said elsewhere, I really disagree with this decision. It makes the sultana appear like less of a leader than the Admiral or the Seedseers. That said, the worst of all possible worlds is where we see it capped inconsistently. I won't stand for that. And so here we are. -

I think our dear voidsent said they had a reason for keeping the sultana in lowercase. I have a theory...
Most of Ul'dah perceives her as more of a figurehead with only ceremonial power at best, because they believe the Syndicate (see my capitalization?) holds the real power and are revered accordingly as if they were the Crown.
But Raubahn is known for his stance to the contrary with open allegiance to the sultana. So when he says it, it actually comes with honour deserving of a capitalization.
Just speculating, mind you... -

According to the rank 21 quest "There Might be Blood", the sultana is the one who formally assigns someone to the Syndicate. So I think her power still trumps them.
