when is thordan ex in duty finder?

cant clear cuz theres i cant go in to learn, cant learn cuz i cant get in

Even it's on duty finder, people can't clear it swiftly because... You know, duty finder people?

I even get so many bad DPS when running Ravana for WHM cane and totally lucky on some duty finder that have best DPS.

thats fine, id at least have the opportunity to see whats going on in the fight. as of now, the fight ahs been out for over a motnh and i still havent gone in

Why can't you go in to learn? Make a learning party in Party Finder. You're on Gilgamesh, isn't it meant to be an active server? If my server has less people that yours but can easily make learning parties for Thordan EX, it means yours can as well.

I feel that pain but still looking to hopefully find a group just to experience the fights because I know how matchmaking will end up. I am just taking a break from Warcraft because we were done with their version of high end progression months ago and been playing this game to fill in the void of downtime. Just out of curiosity I wanted to see how the two hardmodes of the games are alike/different the past weeks but I am running into that problem where you can't get in unless you killed it and its kinda hard to sneak into one with that bonus message there. Been along time though since I been on this side of the fence considering how Warcraft is notorious for not allowing people to join runs.

gilgamesh isnt some heaven where everyone clears everything on the first day. noone wants to join learning party this late in the patch

Have you even tried making a learning party Erza? I've made so many learning parties so post your experiences and what you did when you tried to make learning parties for Thordan EX and I can maybe give you some tips as to what you can do to make your parties fill faster.

It's a valid question. I only really start being able to play at about this time of day, and I'm on Faerie. I'm likely not seeing any sort of PF action any time soon. Last few learning parties I've tried starting timed out with maybe a handful of join-and-drops.

Having a PF-only period is fine, but that shouldn't really hold for any more than a month or two after clearing. I've had clears of T5 and all the Ex's up to Ramuh in DF, so it definitely can be done, and holding it back for too long and to where it gets too stale isn't doing anybody any favors.

i made the friendliest pf ever tbh "thordan learning all are welcome. dont expect clear". i made ilvl setup i190 which is the bare minimum. one or two popped in, waited 10-15 min and see that noone else coming and left. rinse and repeat

That's... not exactly friendly though. Try not being so negative in your party description. Instead of "don't expect clear" put something like "no experience necessary." Ask around in linkshells and FC to see if a few vets might help you learn. It also matters when you put that kind of party up in PF. During prime time it'll likely fill up, but if it's off hours for the USA on a NA server, odds are it won't. I know I've done a couple of parties myself (teaching the fight to a few FC mates) in the past couple of weeks, so I know it can be done.

Even once this fight goes into the DF, I think people are going to have a very hard time. I'll be surprised if DF parties make it even as far as meteors. The difficulty on it is much higher than previous EX primals. I'd peg the difficulty at the same level as A1S/A2S.
