Housing Features that should be considered

In light of the reclaimation... there should be some implementations to help people who want to move up with their housing situation.

In order of importance...

1. Save Airship progress to the FC, not the house. At least in the case of demolition, months of progression will not be lost since it's specific to the FC rather than the house they're in

2. Allow Personal houses to be converted to FC houses.

3. Allow FCs to buy a plot when they already have a house. However, this means that they simultaneously relinquish their previous plot.

And add the option to
a) have storage space in your house (that would just make sense and be convenient)
b) share that storage space with chosen people, even with personal housing (giving them the keys to your treasure chest), making it easier to share things between friends as well as between alts (and the need to go through a company chest for this like right now)
c) a "workstation" that gives DoH a small bonus to their crafting efforts if they do it there. Would increase immersion levels very much and make housing more than mostly vanity.

This is actually already in the game - you can get special workstation furnishings for each Disciple of the Hand, and once set if you click on them give a temporary crafting bonus. My FC's house has an area specially set up with the workstations for just such a use - they not only look good but serve a practical use for FC members as well. :)

Unless I am mistaken the existing ones only work up to level 50. A nice feature while you level but ultimately not really that great, given how fast leveling 1-50 for DoH happens if you put yourself into it. Would be great if the bonus exists up 60 :)
