Duty Finder Not Working at all

We have queue'd with her as party lead, her solo, her in roulette, her in dungeon. Nothing works.

I'm not sure what kind of support you run, but my friend is canceling their account because when they report something not working in game on and the SE site, they were ignore.

Her account cannot solo queue for anything. She plays healer and when the two of use queue for the exact same thing as the same role, I queue in 5 minutes max and she can wait for 30 and never see it pop. This happened after a server transfer it seems, but half the game is unplayable and no one has been willing to help.

So yea... since I transferred from Sargatanas I have been having issues with the Duty Finder. I know there was some issues that were effecting other people at the time i transferred so I put in an ingame bug report and waited. There was a fix but others still had issues so I waited again because there was suppose to be another hotfix. Now after waiting and sending more bug reports via ingame and email support, alas I am here with the same issue. It seems that I am unable to use the duty finder solo and que for roulettes trial/low level ect. I haven't tried to que for everything but I have spent sometimes in que for 1 hour + sadly to no avail. I'm not sure if something happened to my character after a server transfer or why this is happening. I am unable to do anything solo, which most roulettes require. This is making it very difficult for me to get things done as I am constantly depending on others since I can only get into a dungeon if I am in a party and another member ques up.

this is what happens when relic mats are lock behind alexander.

Check your language settings in the Duty Finder. If have it set to a language nobody on your datacenter uses, you are not gonna get into any parties.

I'll double check that, but I thought the language thing was changed. Also, 74 minutes for trials as a healer lol
