We have queue'd with her as party lead, her solo, her in roulette, her in dungeon. Nothing works.

I'm not sure what kind of support you run, but my friend is canceling their account because when they report something not working in game on and the SE site, they were ignore.

Her account cannot solo queue for anything. She plays healer and when the two of use queue for the exact same thing as the same role, I queue in 5 minutes max and she can wait for 30 and never see it pop. This happened after a server transfer it seems, but half the game is unplayable and no one has been willing to help.
