Since I cant post in "Not a bug" thread, and you moved my report of missing Alexandrites to "Insufficient Information" can you at least forward my question to where it needs to go? This will now mark my 5th attempt to get in contact with a GM about my missing items???? Everytime I inquire I am told to post here/post there log in here/log in there. Enough is enough. The GM put in a TICKET FOR ME. Here is my original thread you moved: :mad:
I am missing 75 Alexandrites from my inventory right after patch 3.1 came out. After 3 attempts to contact SE about this, a GM messaged me in game to try to help. They told me they would submit a ticket for me since I was having trouble posting on the forums. The GM did not give me a ticket number so I have no reference. How and when can I find out the status of this bug? I cannot progress on my second relic without those items

I don't know if it's a mod or a forum bot but if you don't use the template the thread is usually moved to Insufficient Info despite the content of the post. Just fill it out with what you can and use that same message there in it. Then they'll file it.

As far as checking the status, if there's not an open ticket in your support desk, then you'll just have to either A) assume they're working on it, or B) message them again. It's tedious, but they shouldn't mind you checking up. Sometimes the Lead GM posts on the forums, so, they may see it.
