Since I cant post in "Not a bug" thread, and you moved my report of missing Alexandrites to "Insufficient Information" can you at least forward my question to where it needs to go? This will now mark my 5th attempt to get in contact with a GM about my missing items???? Everytime I inquire I am told to post here/post there log in here/log in there. Enough is enough. The GM put in a TICKET FOR ME. Here is my original thread you moved:

I am missing 75 Alexandrites from my inventory right after patch 3.1 came out. After 3 attempts to contact SE about this, a GM messaged me in game to try to help. They told me they would submit a ticket for me since I was having trouble posting on the forums. The GM did not give me a ticket number so I have no reference. How and when can I find out the status of this bug? I cannot progress on my second relic without those items
