NMs, Darkhold, Ifrit, 3 Settlements, Get materia to make your character stronger, level another class to 50 to get better abilities for glad.
More or less the same things you do at endgame in all mmos.
I think your suppose to kill ifrit since that's the only endgame boss?
I was about to rage at the sighting of yet another doomsday thread, but then I saw that I was mistaken.
Anywho, there are a lot of open world NMs to fight if you haven't killed them all already. If you can grab a few more 50s you could tackle the lv60 "HNM"s. Spend your faction credits on newly acquired Special Missions (Tarbh is a lot of fun to tank). Run Darkhold yet? The gear still looks sexy idgaf if Materia is better. There's also the new strongholds to explore with a party along with Ifrit (Hard) to face!
If none of that strikes your fancy you can always level up MRD to make your GLA better or level a DD job such as PUG LNC or ARC. Or change it up and level a mage (although mages are still kinda broken).
Nothing wrong with leveling crafts. But glad is probably the hardest class to maximize, almost all its strength comes from other classes.
You need Mar at 48 for defender 2
Thm at 50 for contagion, emulate, sac 3, siphon II
Conj at 48 for cure III, and chainspell (can sorta leave out cure III if you have sacIII)
Pug needs to be 42 If I remember right for feather foot 2 and second wind 2
Lnc needs to be 36 for decoy
Archer needs to be 36 for decoy and quick stride
then again you don't need all this, but if you have it you will be surprised how much better you will be in different situations. And I highly doubt anyone has thier character fully materialized. You can put more then 1 piece on each gear, just to do it will cost billions of gil or a whole lot of time.
Looking at your lodestone you have not even touched endgame much yet. tanking the dungeon bosses, raid bosses, and high level open world NMS is where tanking begins. Very different then a normal party/solo situation. IN those fights you will see where the new abilities can improve your play.
