At the Calamity Salvager in Thanlan and it does not allow me to purchase any achievement items, including Warlord's Crown. GM did not assist me when I sent a request up (I was only greeted with generic response). I went through all of the options the Salvager had and none of them display the helmet.
Anyone else run into this issue? I'm really not sure what to do.

The calamity Salvager doesn't give you archievement items. You will get them from the Archivar at the Apkallu Falls in the northern part of Old Gridania. Just tell him a nice story ;)

You need to do to get all DoW and DoM to 60 (of which you have) and speak to Jonathas in Apkallu Falls in Gridania to get the crown for free. No reason for you to buy another 01 from the Calamity Salvager.
