Idea for 4.0 Healer Class

As we all know Yoshi P has stated he doesn't want to add classes mid x-pac again, and want to use classic jobs in new and interesting ways. So here is my idea for the next healing class
Time Mage :O
Yup a time mage would fit the bill (as Yoshi already did this for DRK and reserved former tank Samarai for a dps role). How you say? Well instead of healing like a White Mage or Scholar they would be 'healing' by reversing time to prevent that injury in the first place. This gives means two things. One their class special heal couldn't add regen or a shield effect (due to not actually healing) but their effect would be a temporal shift. This effect would cause the next hit to be a graze or glancing blow (next hit to be reduced by x% damage) due to the mob subconciously repeating the same portion of time.
Time Mage would also be able to remove status effects like White Breath (same reason, reversing time to prevent it instead of healing it by removal). To OP you say, well not really. As a balance they could only remove an effect for a certain period of time. In game terms this means a White Mage / Scholar can remove poison from the whole party but not white breath, where a Time Mage could remove white breath but poison from only HALF of the party (as too much time has passed and they cant reach that far back in time).
Their attack spell is already known I do believe, Water 1/2/3 :)
