I know this is a little thing since not many enemies actually use DEX, but they do exist and it seems weird that PLD can't effect them with RoH, could a DEX down effect be added to it as well? Mainly a PvP thing, I find it weird that we can't weaken ninjas.
But there are monsters too, enemies that use bows, shiva's bow stance (dunno if this runs on DEX but I'd imagine it does). It's all physical damage which is supposed to be PLDs thing so it should reduce both. It's not like There's any magic damage that runs off MND or PIE so that DRK's INT down doesn't effect all magic damage why should PLDs?

don't see why this needs to be a thing, we also cant effect int or mnd.
one class doesnt need to be able to do it all.
as for shivas bow its suppose to be a one shot mechanic that you need to dodge, so doesn't need a reduction, I get what your saying about the physical attacks but we aren't suppose to be able to mitigate everything -

Yeah archer monsters like Garleans and stuff definitely use Dex. I wouldn't be surprised if Shiva did in bow mode.
