uh, it's an MMORPG.
That's Massive Multiplayer Online -
It's designed so that you spend time so that you end up paying at least 3 months worth of subscription (whenever they implement that) if you want to get to level 50.
Role Playing Game -
Character progression and growth via fighting countless monsters, accomplishing tasks, and triumphing over adversity. This is a staple in all standard RPGs, tabletop, western, Japanese, you name it.
Your suggestion undermines that whole idea of what this game is.
Go play Guild Wars or something.

I'm suggesting it because in other posts where i criticize the game for making leveling too repetitive and too easy lots of people said that leveling isn't the good part of this game and there is no reason to make it a chore.
The FFXIV community seems to want choice so I thought I'd put forward an argument for it.
I realize you are stuck in the old mindset of playing the game to achieve things but that isn't what people on these boards want. They want to be able to port instantly anywhere, auto-level to 50, and pick whatever gear they want. Because that will let them have fun. -

What players want is enough actual content to carry them through the grind. Quests and story and missions and events and instanced raids and things like that. Fun stuff. If there's enough fun stuff to carry us all to 50 none of us would be complaining about a grind because it would be non-existent.
When you have to grind to get to the fun stuff, that's when there's a problem. Make the fun stuff part of the grind, I say. -

Seeing as your making the retarded posts heres one for you, why dont we just give everyone all gear, all level 50s and all lodestone achivements automatically, that way we have no reason to play, which is what you seem to want.
Leveling is a part of any RPG be it offline or an MMO thats all imma say in this thread because I want it to die so the devs dont even contemplate this retarded idea. -
