Changing the Location of Warning Text

So I edited my HUD recently, and while the HUD itself is not an issue, I realised an issue when I was running Cutter's Cry while leveling my Monk. I've positioned my target bar so that when the enemy charges a skill, their charge bar appears just underneath my character, so I can always see it easily without moving my eyes around too much.

The problem arised on the last boss, the warning that pops up saying either "The Chimera's eyes turn purple" or blue, etc, covers the charging bar of my target, and I can't see it.

I was wondering if there is anyway to actually change the location of the warning text that pops up, the bit which is "The Chimera's eyes turn purple". I have looked through the settings but perhaps I'm blind and can't find the option.

It's not in the HUD Layout screen either. If I can't change it then I'll just have to move my HUD again but hopefully I can resolve this issue without the need to do that.

There are a lot of pop-up notifications that still can not be moved/turned off and I really wish they would add options for the following;

Special actions such as the one you mentioned "The chimera's eyes turn red" etc. (It blocks the screen and may also block important UI items as OP has already mentioned)

Speech bubbles like when Gaurda says "Prepare for the Reckoning!" (Good King Moogle Mog fight is the worst with all the singing speech bubbles)

The Blue/white text pop-up when something on your retainer sells or when you mine/harvest something up and it is added to your inventory (this information is already in the chat log so it is a redundant pop-up text)

The pop-up asking if you want to teleport back to the levemate when you complete a levequest (this causes a moment where you can not control your character and has caused me to get aggro from mobs near me)

The huge QUEST COMPLETE pop-up (It block so much of my screen and is almost seizure inducing when turning in multiple Gran Company provision items)

The huge FATE JOINED pop-up is also something that should be able to be turned off (I see the fate area marked on my mini-map and I can see the special FATE mob icons... until my screen is blocked by the huge glowing FATE JOINED icon that is...)

Yes, we really need at least the standard HUD options for moving / resizing / hiding all of these. (And in some cases, additional configuration about what sort of notices to include or not would be nice as well.)

This one particularly bugs me. The sold item notices I do actually like to have, but don't want them covering the center of the screen while I'm in the middle of something else, so really want to be able to move them somewhere more out of the way, and the rest of the things that appear in that window I don't want there at all.

The notices that tell you each and every item you gather are annoying. It's already shown on both the gathering window and in the chat log (besides, at least for BTN / MIN gathering, we already know the item we selected and the sound tells us if it was a failure, NQ success, or HQ success).

This is also where we get notices saying when we advance a quest objective, but that too is redundant, shown on both the chat log and quest tracker (not to mention the fact that we probably did the stated action precisely because we already knew that was our next objective). It's not even giving us useful information, like what our next objective is. It's telling us the part we just did.

In both of the later two cases, we don't really need a third reiteration of info we already knew, and certainly don't need it blocking our view of the very center of the screen.

I would honestly like to be able to just turn off things like the notifications for items selling because a) I honestly don't care; I can see what sold the next time I check my retainer, and b) it can ruin the atmosphere if it pops up in the middle of a cutscene.

I don't need to be informed the moment someone buys that HQ Chub I had up for sale. I really don't.
