Moving important notifications around?

Is there any way to move the notifications in golden letters that appear in the middle of the screen? Not talking about the "notices" like votes or loot, I'm talking about the notifications for completed ventures, dungeon/trial mechanics (like the color of the eyes of the chimera in Cutter's Cry, when dragonkillers are ready, etc.)

Edit: If there's no way to do it I'd like to request adding the ability to move them around on the HUD layout customization. They're super important and having them locked on an arbitrary place is super inconvenient.
