kills not counting when dead

Is this working as intended?

During a match I got 8 kills hit fever and died however while the countdown to respawn was happening I received a rampage pop up (someone died to my dots)

Upon respawning on my next kill I again received rampage pop up, killed another 4 bringing my total to 14/1 however on the scoreboard it stated 13/1

9 + 4 = 14?

Or are you saying you got 2 additional dot kills?

Fever 8
While dead 1
After respawn 5

14 total

I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't count. Relic books did the same thing if you were doing your dungeon and were dead when the last boss died, you got no credit

I've also gotten kills while dead due to dots, but I rarely count my kills. I'll keep this in mind next time it happens (or if it happens lol. I only play as mnk so those situations are very rare).

If it makes you feel any better, I'm pretty sure latency screws up my kill count. At times when I'm positive I got the killing blow nothing happens. Latency/lag occasionally screw me over big time.

Aye, I only noticed this cause I went fever, rampage, rampage, battle high and said 13/1 in chat, got 1 more just before game ended and was like wtf lol

As for missing out kills, it annoying with the latency, I burst 80-1% and some damn melee gets the kill XD

If it is like relic book with being dead, I reckon they should make smn dots stop doing dmg if the caster is ko'd

My old favourite for mnk is mercy stroke, as soon as you see that hp recovery you know the kills yours.
