I added a security token to my account yesterday. That night my phone started having trouble and I had to factory reset it. I don't have the emergency removal password because I didn't even know that existed. Phone and chat support aren't available until Monday.
Will I have to wait until Monday to get this resolved? I have the serial for the old software token. Is there a way to reset it? I had plans this weekend.
You can only reset it through the chat.

This is taken from MogStation when using One-Password and Tokens. Were you able to write that data down? If so, you can use it to reset it.Quote:
