    Factory reset phone w/ software token - can't access account

    I added a security token to my account yesterday. That night my phone started having trouble and I had to factory reset it. I don't have the emergency removal password because I didn't even know that existed. Phone and chat support aren't available until Monday.

    Will I have to wait until Monday to get this resolved? I have the serial for the old software token. Is there a way to reset it? I had plans this weekend.

    The Software Token can only be used once you have purchased FINAL FANTASY XI or FINAL FANTASY XIV and entered the registration code enclosed with either game.
    The Emergency Removal Password allows you to forcibly remove the Software Token application from your account in situations where you cannot log in with a One-Time Password, such as if your smartphone is lost or stolen.
    This is taken from MogStation when using One-Password and Tokens. Were you able to write that data down? If so, you can use it to reset it.
