And that I need to wait like 16-20 secs so I can open with Suiton pre-pull.
But I suck using macros so I would love so help.
Also, to pro ninjas, do you use any other macros like that? I know about the mouse over Goad but I am in PS4 :(

I'm pretty good with unique (but useful) macros for PS4... I even have some that update my main hotbar abilities based on which pet I summon. And I've got some (top secret) PVP macros that make sure anyone trying to burn me down as a healer finds themselves focused and dead instead of me. I think I'm good at avoiding the macros that hurt DPS by queueing/automating GCD skills up that delay abilities.
I'll try writing one for you here and see what you think about it. Can you post the individual actuons you use, I want to see if there is a way to do this that doesn't involve stacking all your mudra commands into a macro and delaying the speed at which you are able to use them. Along with what you'd like the macro itself to say? Soon as I post it no doubt someone else will say- macros are bad you shouldn't need this- but I'm willing to try putting one together and you can be the judge of how well it works.
Yeah I dont want a macro that will stack all my mudras because that will make me loss DPS, I just want something that says that I just used Huton after that point I need to wait like 16-20sec so I can use Suiton again prepull. I am terrible at making puns or funny things so I dont know what to say in the macro :( lol
The actions I use for Huton are: Jin-Chi-Ten-->Huton
I'm not gonna say macros are bad just that this one seems "extra". If it's your static then you are prob on teamspeak and just tell them pre pull and they would probably get used to waiting pretty quickly. if it's not your static and it's just some pugs they probably won't listen to your macro anyways.
It might be more trouble than it's worth, but to macro an announcement based on a full mudra without macroing the entire mudra would require you to have both the regular 'Ten' on your crossbar, and a macro that only used the Ten mudra that also announced your message to the party. Then you'd do- Jin - Chi - [Ten & Message to party macro] and then the final button to execute it. This way the individual actions wouldn't get slowed down and if you were using a Mudra that started with Ten you'd use the nonMacro version of Ten. If you were doing a Mudra that ended in Ten for Huton you'd do everything the same as before but use the new version of the Ten button that should cast at the same speed (it only does one action) but which puts the message out there. And then if you wanted to skip the message but still use Huton you'd use the regular versions of the buttons and bypass the macro.
So you'd have 4 vs 3 actions on your hotbar, Jin, Chi, Ten (normal), Ten Announce macro. If you'd like to try that out I can write it once I get back in game.
Just ask your tanks to not pull right after you refresh Huton.
Spamming any kind of message in p-chat, even to just let us know you've used an ability, can get real old, real fast.
Here's the best macro I can think of for the situation:
/macroicon "ninjitsu"
/em used Huton and made a macro for it for no reason whatsoever!
/party Using Huton! Why i'm telling you is anyone's guess! <se.12>
/wait 16
/p Just wait, i'm not ready yet !
/wait 15
/p what are you waiting for ?! let's go !
done :)
Only macro I have that is NIN related is for Trick Attack. I have:
(While holding R2 then holding L2 to bring up my other hotbar):
SQUARE:
/macroicon "Suiton"
/em is setting up {Trick Attack}!
/ac "Ten" <me>
then I just hit TRIANGLE for Chi, then CIRCLE for Jin while X is my Ninjutsu.
So, upon hitting SQUARE, it's a notice for others to prepare their offensive CDs for greater damage.
