Fishing woes... am I doing it wrong?

Not sure if I'm doing it wrong, but this has me thoroughly stumped.

Im getting an error message: "You can sense something below..."

Now, in the past I basically understood this as, "the area is too high level for you to fish at." But I checked the area online, its level 55. Im using the correct sky bait, I have the trait that allows me to fish @ 55 holes... and also my Provision daily is asking for a fish that comes from a Hole that i cant fish at...

Is this a Bug, or am I doing something wrong?

You need a specific trait i beleive Cloudfishing from your JobQuest perhaps the lvl 56 one? to Fish at this location

So the old skyfishing trait is not sufficient/not the same as what u need in the sea of clouds :)

As eremonxi said, your missing the cloudfishing trait. Don't confuse cloudfishing with skyfishing as they are two different traits. Cloudfishing comes from the 53 fisher quest. You will also need to continue the quest line to obtain hellfishing, aetherfishing, and patience II.
