Technical help! Please!

So I just un and re- installed the game client because I'd been having a lot of crashes during loading screens. However, now every time I try to log in to the game my wifi disconnects. Does anybody have any idea why this would happen and how to fix it?

Don't know...sure it's just not bad internet connection? Checked your firewall allowance for game client etc? Does it disconnect 100% of the time every time try to play FF14 and is it 100% of the time only FF14 that it happens on?

Are you ps4 by any chance, I'm having corrupted data messages ever since yesterday however it's loading after a few attempts?

Nope I am PC. And it is not just while playing FFXIV and not all the time every time, but it only started after I reinstalled so I am having a hard time connecting it to anything else. I know I had similar problems at launch but I can't for the life of me remember if they went away on their own or if (and how) I fixed it then. I'm at a loss.

wifi can be subject to all sorts of interference. I recommend you use an actual wire if possible, but recognizing that it might not be... Run this program and paste the results here. Cactuar's IP is 199.91.189.23, which I would try putting into winMTR's destination box.
