Hello, this is a dumb question, but was the Cait Sith Doll pre-order reward only tied to one character made? I deleted my previous characters because I haven't played in so long, and wanted to start fresh, but I just noticed I didn't have that minion. I have all my other minions from veteran rewards, and Heavensward pre-order rewards too, including the Moogle Cap that came with the Cait Sith Doll.
I know the minion doesn't add anything to the game helpful, but I like having my in-game cosmetics 'n such for pre-ordering 'n whatnot.

No it should be on all of your characters. Check your received mail again to make sure that you didn't accidently miss it, then delete them as you can only have 20 letters from SE in your mailbox at the same time. If you didn't miss it then that might be what is keeping it from being sent out.
