I've noticed it as well. Server time should be GMT -8, but it's sitting at GMT +1. I've also noticed an increased amount in lag as well.

What? Are we really? If they were going to make a EU data center good
BUT you don't take an already existing servers and put them on a server all the way across the Atlantic.
I sure hope this is a mistake because the rage of people because fc housing and the like. -

I would think they'd make an announcement ahead of time if so, but it still wouldn't make any sense to convert random NA servers to EU when there's already an entire data center designated as EU. My thought is they'll probably end up just relocating chaos data center instead. And I think it's supposed to happen closer to 3.1 as well.
