Keep trying in the early hours, like 6am and silly times like that. HW is still just new so it is a bit busy & crowded at the moment. Always a queue to even login >ω<
Only other option is to create on a different server and pay for a transfer which is a bit meh ._.
im gonna try again at 6am hopefully it will open :(

Yes, go by JST or AEST... probably the earlier the better >w<
