    Cant create a character on japan server

    Hey, i want to join Tonberry but the character creation restriction is always on, i've been on trying to get on this server at early hours but it is still never opened. plz halp

    Keep trying in the early hours, like 6am and silly times like that. HW is still just new so it is a bit busy & crowded at the moment. Always a queue to even login >ω<

    Only other option is to create on a different server and pay for a transfer which is a bit meh ._.
