[Ragnarok] Player abuse Continouing after months of being away.

Now I know we all have those players that just get up in your face and try to cause trouble.

But here is my story:
Many months ago my Free Company's friends and myself were all enjoying the game to its fullest. We helped out many people during our time online til one day our helpfulness turned against us.
One person, we helped so much to the point we let them into the Free Company turned their back on us and caused unbelievable trouble, from stalking us to abusing us through other people.
We addressed this problem through in game reports WITH proof of everything that happened over the course of this, only to have them tell us " we can not take this " .
After months of dealing with this, the person creates their own FC and recruits people, telling them lies that we were the ones causing the issues not the other way around.

Both my FC members and myself thought well if Square-Enix wasn't going to do anything about this matter we were going to move servers or quit the game.
We quit the game for around 2 months and we came back for Heavenward, only to have the many harassment continue...

We have been slapped, taunted and pushed to the limits because of one person's problems!

I don't know about any of you but ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! If Square-Enix isn't going to do anything about this then, so help me god, I am going to spread this story!!

We have asked many of the other party's Free Company to stop only to have them push their crap even more!

All we ask is that we be left in peace to enjoy the game! That is all!

Always post a chat and/or action log with your complaint in game. Include date, time & your location (real world) details. Report as harassment along with the name(s) of the players & why you think it was harassment.

I've done this a few times & never had a "we can't help" response. In fact, I've seen characters completely disappear from Lodestone after reports, suggesting deletion.

Well that is the thing. We HAVE reported everything from what you listed IN GAME and OUT Side of game. We even had proof of everything that went on and Square enix out right refused everything we had as proof from screen shots to video to even chats that when on

They will only accept proof posted inside the original complaint form. Anything else you have they refuse to accept. Sorry you're having so many problems.

Well they did pull our FC leader to the "jail" room in FFXIVARR and talked with him and the women sounded like she didnt even want to help us. she was completly rude about what was going on.
