"my job isnt the best"
If there wasn't already a history of job fixes and adjustments due to various factors like performance (Summoner / Warrior), being under or over tuned for content (Summoner / Bard), or players utilizing them in a way that the developers themselves weren't expecting (Ninja), this thread and the comment might have been clever.
Job adjustments are expected, especially with 3 new jobs a 10 level increase and a change in battle design, Players voicing their opinions now rather than later will make it easier for the developers to know what parts need tuning and how.
everything is fine. whats broken is the unexpectedly low amount of exp HW fates reward.
Player feedback has prompted class adjustments in the past. Some players do know better because some things slip past the devs(like a better rotation than the devs originally thought up).
TBH it feels like this time they were overly careful with the new classes; because last time ninja was OP at release. lol
ofc players know better, whole games have died because devs refused to listen to anything.
Im not saying every little reddit clown is correct, but knowledge about what is wrong trickles down from top raiders and theory people to the general player base.
It's to be expected, especially with the 3 new jobs that have just been released. SE themselves can't determine what needs a nerf or a buff in terms of job classes, that's what the general population of this game is for and it shows considering the amount of maintenance sessions that have been happening since the release of 3.0.
The player base knows what is going on a majority of the time, because it is us that spends 8+ hours a day running around in Eorzea with these new jobs, SE doesn't have the luxury of that kind of testing, so reasonable complaints are what SE look for.
Wrong thread, nevermind.
