Game is unplayable, I request a refund.
I've been trying to play for last 5 days, and I haven't been able to play at all.
You only get 30 days to play, I would like be able to get what I pay for. I'm not getting what I put my money down for, so I would like a refund.
I tried getting support, but the only response I got was a canned "Turn it off and on again", which didn't fix anything as the problem is on Square Enix's end.
I've sent in 3 different tickets for 3 different problems. One was given the canned answer, one hasn't been answered yet, and the other was sent to the EU support center, making it invalid for some reason.
This isn't just happening to me either. A friend of mine is having the same issues. They did manage to get in once, but they were immediately kicked from the server, along with 2000 players, which made for an interesting queue up.
I would only be happy with a refund at this point, as I'm really tired of these issues.
I payed for a game that doesn't function as advertised.
