I pre ordered HeavensWard on 6th June and still have yet to receive my product key. I can’t access any of the new areas or I don’t have in game items that should have been with pre order. Waited well over an hr. with SE without any luck.. any suggestions, I’m playing on a PS4 thanks…
items wont be received until official launch, on 23rd IIRC. As far as you playing, I assume you received your pre-order code allowing you to play, but not being able to access new areas is strange. Have you completed 2.55 story line?
Similar issue. It states I do not have the game itself, but I can access all the content.
