PS4 Problem - Trial Account to normal account issue

Hi,

Me and alot of others have an issue regarding our accounts.

When we played the trial version and became level 20 we bought the Early Purchase Bundle, this one: https://store.playstation.com/#!/en-...XIVAIOEA150000

But that didn't make our accounts "normal".

We are still trial accounts, why is that?

How do we resolve this?

It's a well known issue so please take care of it ASAP.

Im trying to reinstall the game once more but i doubt that will help.

Do we need to wait for the trial account days to expire?
