I digitaly pre ordered the game on PS$ thru PSN store and downloaded everything but I do not have early access. My ps4 says I do but mog station does not give me the circle on HW just ARR. please help

My friend is having the same issue and he deleted the whole game and spent the whole day re-downloading it and it still will not work for him. Anyone else still having problems as well?

Same issue but I didn't uninstall the game and aren't they supposed to send me a code to register in order to play Heavensward? I received a confirmation email with a purchase number but no code .

I followed Aetharon's instructions after having this same problem and figured it out. Incredibly stupid since it's hard to find but do this:
Go to the Library on your PS4 dashboard and Start it. Filter it by "Games" on the left side and select "Final Fantasy XIV" and it should say "1 Add-on" below it. After clicking on it, you'll see options to Start the game, buy for 19.99, and all the trophies and crap on the right. D-pad to the right and down until you see the "Add ons" section. It'll say there's "1 item". Select that box and it will show you the Heavensward add-on with a tiny download arrow. Select that and it will start. It should be 1.7 GB.
After you click that, it'll put it in your downloads under Notifications (where it should be to begin with, jesus, this should not be so complicated).
My download took 45 minutes but I'm sure after this, I'll be able to accept the Coming to Ishgard quest from Alphinaud and progress in the Main Scenario. Post here if it doesn't work for you or if you can't find it!!!
Edit: I did the digital download via PlayStation Store by the way, you don't need any registration codes or anything as long as you did it digitally
