PS4 pre-order items

First of all I would not be here on the forums if it weren't for the poor customer service of your live chat that I WAITED 2 1/2 hours to talk to someone just to get to number one in queue (from 202) just to have a message come up sorry there are no agents available...REALLY!

Second, the actual issue is that when I log in to ps4 I have to pick a character for the pre-order items to go to, well, my main character is not coming up for me to chose and I don't want to pick a character that I never play for the stuff to go on.

Riela is my main character for the pc not the ps4 that I am trying to get the stuff on.

SAME ISSUE except SE's website tells me the items will be available to ALL characters in the same service account and yet, they are not. My lvl 1 side character has all my preorder items and my lvl 50 character has nothing. Please DO NOT continue until it's fixed or you will be screwed. I haven't gotten a hold of anyone through email OR phone and live chat is missing???? Even though it says it's open today and tomorrow -_-;

You're not supposed to receive the items until the expansion goes live for everyone on Tuesday... so the fact you got them at all seems more of a bug to me. I don't remember where I read it but the pre-order / collectors editions items weren't going to be mailed to us until it's a full release for everyone, not just pre-orders.
